Purpose: The purpose of this study is to determine the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, antitumor activity and pharmacodynamics of BMS-986148 administered alone and in combination with nivolumab in patients with mesothelioma, non-small cell lung cancer, ovarian cancer, pancreatic cancer and gastric cancer.

A Study of ABBV-181 in Participants With Advanced Solid Tumors

Purpose: This is an open-label, Phase I, dose-escalation study to determine the recommended Phase 2 dose (RPTD), maximum tolerated dose (MTD), and evaluate the safety and pharmacokinetic (PK) profile of ABBV-181. Purpose: This study will determine the maximum-tolerated dose (MTD) for oral bosutinib when used in combination with pemetrexed. The MTD is the highest dose of bosutinib with pemetrexed that can be given without causing severe side effects. This study will also test the safety of this combination and see what effects (good or bad) it has on participants and their cancer.

Purpose: Mithramycin is a new cancer drug. In another study, people with chest cancer took the drug 6 hours a day for 7 straight days. Many of them had liver damage as a side effect. It was discovered that only people with certain genes got this side effect. Researchers want to test mithramycin in people who do not have those certain genes.

Also, the investigators would like to learn more about what patients need and how they deal with this illness. This information can help us find ways to lessen physical and emotional strains. Part of the study tests an alternate way of giving emotional support through the Internet. By providing support online, patients can participate in the comfort of their home.

Mithramycin for Lung, Esophagus, and Other Chest Cancers

Purpose: Mithramycin is a drug that was first tested as a cancer therapy in the 1960s. It acted against some forms of cancer, but was never accepted as a treatment. Research suggests that it may be useful against some cancers of the chest, such as lung and esophageal cancer or mesothelioma. Researchers want to see if mithramycin can be used to treat these types of cancer.

Objectives
To see if mithramycin is safe and effective against different chest cancers.

Design
Participants will be screened with a physical exam and medical history. Blood and urine samples will be collected. Imaging studies and tumor tissue samples will be used to monitor the cancer before treatment.

Participants will receive mithramycin every day for 7 days, followed by 7 days without treatment. Each
Treatment will be monitored with frequent blood tests and imaging studies.

Participants will continue to take the drug for as long as the side effects are not severe and the tumor responds to treatment.

Rapid Autopsy and Procurement of Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer Tissue

Purpose: People with lung cancers unfortunately commonly succumb to their disease. Some agree to donate their bodies to cancer research that may help the medical community better understand these diseases. Studies of lung cancer tumor tissue obtained soon after death may be used to answer questions about the origins, progression, and treatment of lung cancer. Researchers want to conduct a study that involves planned collection of lung cancer tumor tissue shortly after death. To do so, they will arrange to provide inpatient hospice care for people with non-small cell lung cancer.
